Limitless - OASIS Mentorship Program

What is the OASIS Mentorship Program?

The “Limitless” Mentorship Program is a 3-day pilot event hosted by the OASIS 2021 External Committee. We aim to help Arts undergraduates get a deeper understanding of their current field of study by communicating both their ambitions and concerns about academics and professions and harnessing a long-standing mentor-mentee relationship with Arts alumni at the University of Alberta.

What does our mentorship program entail?

  1. Catered for the Arts: We hope to tailor mentor-mentee relationships that pertain to Arts fields and personal interests. Both mentors and mentees are pursuing/have pursued an Arts degree.

  2. First Come First Serve (FCFS) Basis: The “Limitless” Mentorship Program is designed to have a quick yet effective match for mentors and mentees.

  3. Free: For a pilot and virtual program, we believe that it is best to make this a free of charge mentorship program for the students. We hope to provide in-kind gift baskets or e-gifts to our mentors who took their time to provide guidance to students.
