My name is Camilo and I am the President of OASIS! I'm responsible for leading and helping my executive team fulfil their mandates, as well as being the 'face' of OASIS for events and meetings. I am a strong advocate for student needs in the Faculty of Arts and am always open to hearing thoughts on what could be improved. Outside of OASIS I am in my 4th year of an Honours degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies and the Editor-in-Chief of Discursus, the first undergraduate philosophy journal at the University of Alberta. Please say hi if you ever see me around —I'm always down to have a philosophical conversation.

Hi everyone! I'm Celio, the Vice President Internal of OASIS. I'm responsible for running the majority of the services that we provide such as lockers, snacks, menstrual products, printing, and not to mention our social media and website as well! Aside from making sure meetings are scheduled and keeping the office clean, you might find me working away in the printmaking studio…So if I’m ever covered in ink…you’ll know why haha. Hey everyone!! My name is Rebeca and I'm the Vice President Academic of OASIS this year! As VPA I'm responsible for arts-wide and inter-departmental collaboration, including consultation and advocacy with department associations and students groups in arts. I'm also the Editor in Chief of Crossings, the arts student interdisciplinary peer-reviewed journal. This year we have 2 new sections in Crossings: Native Studies and Creative Artworks; we'll also launch the new Crossings podcast soon! Fun Fact: Ive been volunteering since I was 7! Once while volunteering I got to shave my Mom's head for cancer reserch, and a few years later I got to shave my sisters head for the same cause!

Hello hello! I’m Sarah! I am one of the Humanities councillors here at Oasis, I am also a Finance director and on the granting committee! I am an English major with a dual minor in Creative Writing and Drama! I am in the office twice a week to answer any questions, do printing, or give directions (if you’ve gotten lost, so have I)! I’m in Oasis to cultivate community and bring a friendly face you can talk to! I am incredibly interested in Shakespeare, mystery novels, and Dungeons and Dragons! I love meeting new people and making friends so make sure to stop by!

Fun Fact: I am a camp councillor over the summers! I am first aid and high ropes rescue certified (this means I can run zipline and cool activities in the air!)
